Neither one can take place if a Contador Partidor has been appointed by the testator, unless the one appointed has died or refused, so once again we strongly recommend to the testator who wants to avoid successions proceedings amongst the inheritors, the appointment of a contador partidor, or more than one, in case the first one appointed is not able to carry out the required duties or refuses to do so.
