In the “jurisdicción voluntaria” proceeding, a “contador partidor dativo” will be appointed by the notary or by the court upon the claim of inheritors or legatees who share at least 50% of the estate, and the other inheritors will be notified if their domicile is known.

The sharing out made by the appointed contador partidor “ dativo” will need the approval of the notary or the court if it is not ratified by all inheritors and legatees.
