In Ceuta and Melilla there is a high benefit for inheritance beneficiaries. 99% of the total amount to be paid, for descendants, ascendants and spouse, and 50% for the rest of the beneficiaries.
The deceased must have had his residence in Ceuta or Melilla for five years prior to the date of death.
